Private ownership allows us to invest more in our people. For example, each new Associate spends the equivalent of two weeks in their first year alone on development and training. We continue to invest in each of our Associates with a vibrant combination of insurance training and leadership development to build our expertise and expand the capabilities of our people.
Lockton clients consider their service team an extension of their own risk management and human resources teams. We place a tremendous emphasis on assigning the right service team members to each client.
